Pablo, a young professional, currently works for Edinboro University as the Assistant Compliance Officer to the Office of Social Equity. Dining out with friends, family and loved ones is a priority. “Spending time with family and friends, my physical fitness and furthering my education are all important to me, and ultimately the source of my happiness”, he said recently. “Time is limited and when I do have a free moment away from work or school, it usually involves a great restaurant with people I love”. Pablo lists The Cork 1794, Alto Cucina, 1201, Peppino’s Italian Chophouse and Pineapple Eddie Southern Bistro as his favorite places to dine.
